Things I Thought I Missed
Things I Thought I Missed
There were a few things that I thought I missed. One of them was when I was working as a project manager at a tutoring school. I found it quite challenging to determine the scope of my authority, and as a result, it was difficult to fully commit to my responsibilities.
Another instance was during my time at Hashadai. There were several projects that I couldn't fully complete. One of them was a job platform called Nergaku, which targeted recent high school graduates. These projects often involved discussions about engineering resources and similar topics. Reflecting on these experiences, I realized that it's important to avoid doing things halfway. It's better to fully commit and see things through to completion.
